What We Do

Hexolutions Inc. handles the full path a product takes from an overseas or local supplier to your premises. Each service below states what is covered, what you receive, and how long it takes.

Global Sourcing & Procurement

Finding, vetting, and buying the product you need from suppliers abroad or locally.

Scope: Supplier identification and vetting, product and specification matching, sample coordination, price negotiation, and purchase order placement
Order types: Stock items, bulk and wholesale quantities, customized and private-label products, and specially procured items
Source markets: [China, Japan, Korea, USA, Europe — edit to your actual sourcing markets]
You receive: A written quotation stating the product, specifications, quantity, unit of measure, unit price, and total in PHP
Lead time: Quotation issued within [3–5] working days of a complete enquiry

Importation & Customs Brokerage

Bringing the goods into the country and clearing them through the Bureau of Customs.

Scope: Export documentation at origin, ocean or air freight booking, arrival handling, tariff classification, duty and tax computation, lodgement of the import entry, and release from the port
Documents handled: Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and permits or clearances from the relevant regulatory agency
Modes: Sea freight (FCL and LCL) and air freight

You receive: Shipping documents, the assessment notice, and official receipts for all duties and taxes paid

Trading & Product Supply

Supplying goods directly to your business against a quotation, purchase order, or sales agreement.

Scope: Supply of imported goods, locally sourced products, customized products, and specially procured items
Every quotation states: Brand and model, technical specifications, material or grade, weight and dimensions, quantity, unit of measure, and packaging
Order confirmation: Written acceptance of a quotation, purchase order, or sales agreement — this is what starts the order
Warranty: [State the manufacturer's warranty period you pass through, e.g. 12 months against manufacturing defects]
You receive: Sales invoice, delivery receipt, and the manufacturer's documentation where applicable

Delivery & Logistics

Moving the cleared goods from the port to your warehouse, store, or job site.

Scope: Pull-out from the port or container yard, haulage, delivery to the address you nominate, and return of the empty container
Coverage: [Metro Manila and Luzon direct; Visayas and Mindanao via partner carriers — edit to your actual coverage]

Proof of delivery: Signed delivery receipt from the customer or their authorized representative

Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted and charged in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No other currency is accepted on this website. Because we source to specification, pricing is per order — your written quotation states the exact amount payable before anything is procured.

What a quotation covers. Unit price, quantity, unit of measure, applicable taxes, and delivery terms, all in PHP. Duties, taxes, permits, storage fees, inspection fees, and government charges are handled according to the applicable quotation or agreement — see section 6 of the Delivery Policy. Prices are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself.

A BIR official receipt is issued within 3 working days of confirmation
Hexolutions Inc. never asks for card details by email, chat, or phone

Note: for imported and specially procured products, the delivery period begins only after full required payment is received and cleared.
