1 Purpose
This policy governs cancellation requests for orders placed with Hexolutions Inc.
2 Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and require Company approval.
3 Before Procurement
Cancellation may be considered if the Company has not yet committed to suppliers or incurred non-refundable expenses.
4 After Supplier Confirmation
Once an order has been placed with suppliers, manufacturers, exporters, or third parties, cancellation may be subject to charges including deposits, production costs, freight, customs, documentation, and other expenses.
5 Customized and Special Orders
Customized, manufactured, private-label, or specially procured products cannot generally be cancelled after production or procurement has started.
6 After Shipment
Orders cannot normally be cancelled after shipment. Any request will be evaluated based on incurred costs and applicable agreements.
7 Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment within agreed terms may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.
8 Company Cancellation Rights
The Company may cancel orders due to supplier failure, product unavailability, regulatory restrictions, government action, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9 Refund Upon Cancellation
Any approved refund shall be processed after deduction of applicable non-refundable expenses.
